Dubai, Unknown, November 10, 2025 — Dubai is set to launch an innovative AI-driven Public Policy Lab in Al Barsha on 15 November, marking a significant step towards community-led governance reforms. The initiative, spearheaded by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence in partnership with the Dubai Future Foundation, aims to empower residents and local organisations to co-create public policies using advanced artificial intelligence tools.
Officials announced that the lab will serve as a collaborative platform, enabling citizens, policymakers, and AI experts to design and pilot solutions tailored to community needs. The facility will host interactive workshops, policy hackathons, and training sessions, focusing on transparency, efficiency, and inclusivity in public service delivery.
H.E. Dr. Aisha bin Bishr, Director General of the Digital Dubai Authority, highlighted the lab’s role in “accelerating Dubai’s vision for agile, citizen-centric governance.” The Al Barsha facility is expected to become a model for participatory policy-making, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a global leader in digital innovation and smart governance.
